Alison Bryant

Alison Bryant brings a wealth of knowledge in pensions industry to her role as Combo Plan Administration Manager at EGPS.  Initially starting in IT, she focused on developing tools to streamline and improve efficiency in pension administration. Over time, Alison transitioned into the hands-on aspects of pension management, specializing in defined benefit (DB) tax forms, distribution, and administration, and ultimately becoming a Retirement Plan Consultant (RPC). Passionate about continuous learning, Alison remains dedicated to expanding her knowledge and expertise in the ever-evolving pension field.

Alison is particularly passionate about DB plan administration and is committed to helping clients navigate the complexities of pensions in an approachable, clear manner. Her goal is to empower clients so they can maximize their retirement savings for themselves and their employees, ensuring that the pension process is both understandable and impactful.

Outside of work, Alison enjoys spending time with her husband and their two beloved Dobermans, who keep them active and on the go. Their playful nature and energy bring joy and balance to Alison’s life.
