Elise Feldman

Elise established Feldman Benefit Services, Inc. in 1983, an actuarial and employee benefits firm. In 1991 she created Outsource, Inc, a human resource consulting firm. In January 2019, as President and CEO of both companies, Elise affiliated both firms with New York based, EGPS. In these firms, Elise and her staff provide consulting and annual administration services for over 400 clients’ benefit programs including qualified retirement plans, deferred compensation programs, welfare benefit plans, and personnel management services.  

Currently Elise serves on the Board of the Small Business Council of America, the Board of Jewish Federation in the Heart of New Jersey, the Board of the Axelrod Performing Arts Center, and is President of the Axelrod Contemporary Ballet Theater.

Elise speaks extensively across the country on Qualified Retirement Plan matters, Leadership Techniques and Sales Skills; providing Continuing Education courses for Accountants and Investment professionals.  In 2017, she co-authored a Retirement Plan Boot Camp Manual with Sharon Birnbaum.  She has her actuarial designation of CPC (Certified Pension Consultant), Licenses for Life, Health, Disability and Long-Term Care Insurances, Brokerages Licenses of Series 6, 7, 63, 66, RIA and Accredited Investment Fiduciary.

In 2008, Elise was honored by the Small Business Council of America by receiving the “Connie Murdoch Award.”
