Jim Rothaus

Jim Rothaus has over 25 years of consultative sales experience in the qualified retirement plan marketplace. Early in his career as an investment advisor, he worked directly with plan sponsors. Later, as a sales manager for a large insurance company, he brought recordkeeping and investment solutions to professionals and TPAs across the country.

Currently, Jim focuses on bringing the best retirement plan solutions to plan sponsors and their valued employees. He partners with investment advisors and recordkeepers to deliver comprehensive and customized solutions for mutual clients. Jim applies his own expertise and that of EGPS to help plan sponsors navigate complex ERISA regulations and plan operations. He is passionate about helping employers meet their unique goals with customized plan design and building long-term relationships with clients and partners.

When Jim is not working, he enjoys tennis, traveling with his wife, Mary, and trying to win a round of golf with his twin sons.
