Joe started his career with Principal Financial Group in 2005, educating participants on the importance of saving for retirement. He then transitioned to the world of retirement plan administration, and over the last decade has been empowering advisors and plan sponsors with retirement plan solutions that meet their unique objectives. Joe has dedicated his career to crafting strategic plan designs that not only secure talent, but also pave the way for successful retirement outcomes for employees and employers. Joe’s expertise in recordkeeping and plan design make him uniquely equipped to offer a comprehensive perspective for achieving diverse retirement plan goals.
Apart from his professional endeavors, Joe is an avid sports fan of the Miami Hurricanes, Dolphins, and Heat. He is on the board of Six Degrees of Separation, supporting his hometown in Haiti. He is also the President of the Sugar Land Cowboys Youth Football and Cheer organization, and coaches track with his wife, Damaris, with Track Houston Youth Track Club. He and Damaris have three boys (Josiah, Joshua, and Jacob) who are very active in football, basketball and track.
