Rachel Martin is a seasoned professional with a robust background in business management, client onboarding, and strategic development. Before joining EGPS, she honed her skills across various roles, including Director of New Business at Vestwell, Business Manager at Accessibility Design, and Installation Coordinator at both Goldleaf Partners and Ascensus. Her time at Ascensus also included serving as an ERISA Consultant, where she gained deep insights into retirement planning and regulatory compliance.
Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior, a foundation that has fueled her passion for creating effective systems and fostering collaborative work environments. At EGPS, she specializes in driving strategic initiatives, streamlining processes, and building frameworks that enhance team efficiency. Rachel is particularly dedicated to mentoring team members, helping them develop the skills needed to grow and succeed in their careers.
Beyond her professional life, Rachel is an avid golfer who can often be found on the course during the summer months. She serves as the co-volunteer chair for the PGA of America’s CRMC Championship Golf Tournament at Cragun’s Legacy, a charitable event benefiting local organizations. In the winter, Rachel immerses herself in community theater and satisfies her love of exploration through travel.
