Rita C. Taylor

Rita brings extensive experience in several areas of the retirement industry to EGPS, including business strategy and implementation, operations, and customer service. In her previous role at Malcolm Thompson and Associates, Rita served as the Chief Operating Officer, coaching team members, ensuring successful plan administration practices were in place, and providing close personal attention to clients to ensure their expectations were met.

Rita has frequent contact with our clients and industry professionals, as she coordinates many of the services that the firm offers. She provides close personal attention to clients, fulfilling her professional commitment to the operations and administration of their retirement plans and ensuring that expectations are being met.

Rita has served on the Transamerica Advisory Board and on the Voya regional advisory group. She is a member of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA), and has participated in leadership and management meetings sponsored by Hartford Financial, John Hancock, NIPA, Lincoln Financial, and Massachusetts Mutual. She maintains strong relationships with many of her colleagues around the country, as well as other professionals in the retirement plan industry. Rita attended The Tobé-Coburn School of Design in Manhattan.
