Robyn McNair

Robyn McNair brings more than 10 years of industry experience to her role as Regional Vice President, Sales & Consulting with EGPS. Robyn began her career in the retirement industry in 2012, selling ERISA Fidelity bonds to plan fiduciaries and pitching free bond tracking systems to Third Party Administrators nationwide. In 2018, she became interested in the administration side of the industry and joined URPC as an Internal Wholesaler/New Business Development Manager. She was then recruited by NPPG and ran the onboarding of a state MEP plan with 300+ plan sponsors, supported the VP of Sales, and attended networking events as the NPPG retirement plan services representative. Interested in working closer to home, Robyn joined Altigro Retirement Services in June of 2020 as the Pension Operations Manager. In this role, she worked with financial advisors and plan sponsors, developing retirement plan solutions to help reach their goals, and supporting them throughout the plan lifecycle.

With her wealth of knowledge in compliance, implementation, sales, and operations, Robyn is excited to use her experience to help business owners achieve their retirement plan goals in the Northeast. Located in the New York metropolitan area, she will partner with financial advisors in the area, helping bring valuable resources and solutions to their clients.

In her spare time, Robyn enjoys oil painting, fishing, hiking, and taking spontaneous road trips with her son. She is blessed to have two amazing adult children, Aidan and Danielle.
