Ryan Beaver

Ryan Beaver is an accomplished ERISA professional with almost 20 years of experience in the retirement industry. As the Director of International Operations at EGPS, Ryan oversees all aspects of the company’s Chennai, India office, managing day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and fostering a cohesive, collaborative environment between U.S.-based and international teams to drive operational excellence and unified service to clients.

Prior to this role, Ryan served as the Manager of the Plan Documents Team at EGPS, where he expertly managed document-related processes, projects, and provided critical consultative retirement plan design support to the Sales team and referral partners. Before joining EGPS, he was the Director of the Plan Documents and Compliance Department for a leading Third-Party Administrator (TPA) and recordkeeper, reporting directly to an ERISA attorney, refining his expertise in regulatory compliance and legal plan document management and drafting.

Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. He is a credentialed member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) and holds a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation, underscoring his commitment to professional excellence in the retirement industry.

A passionate Philadelphia sports fan, Ryan is a proud Season Ticket Member of the two-time Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles. Outside of work, he treasures spending quality time with his wife and three children, cherishing every moment.
