With a distinguished career spanning over 26 years in the United States Air Force, both on active duty and in the Reserve, Chad Swiger culminated his military service as a commander. His exemplary leadership was recognized twice with the Air Force Meritorious Service Medal. This passion for leadership and service naturally extended into the civilian sector, where Chad has made significant contributions to the retirement planning industry.
In his current role as Regional Vice President of Sales and Consulting at EGPS, Chad partners with financial advisors, CPAs, and recordkeepers to deliver tailored retirement plan solutions for business owners. His expertise in designing results-driven plans has empowered more than 2,000 business owners to reach their retirement plan objectives.
Chad’s academic credentials include an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, and professional designations as a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA), Nonqualified Plan Advisor (NQPA), and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA). His commitment to education is further evidenced by his experience as an adjunct university professor.
Chad resides near Florence, Alabama, where he is actively engaged in his community alongside his family.
