John Kelly

John Kelly has been a dedicated professional in the retirement services industry since 2001, earning a reputation as a trusted “401(k) insider.” Known for his ability to bring cutting-edge products and market insights to advisors and their clients, John combines technical expertise with a commitment to simplifying the complexities of retirement planning.

Since transitioning into sales leadership in 2012, John has held prominent roles, most recently serving as Sales Director for Definiti for four years. Now, as Regional Vice President, Sales & Consulting at EGPS, he partners with advisors and plan sponsors to design, manage, and evaluate tailored solutions that meet well-defined retirement objectives. His passion lies in creating successful, goal-oriented retirement plans through strategic insight and hands-on support.

Based just outside of Chicago, John lives with his wife, Taryn, their two sons, Aidan and Owen, and their energetic Cairn Terrier, Scout. Outside of his professional pursuits, John is very active in the travel baseball community, coaching Owen’s team and traveling across the Midwest to cheer on Aidan during tournaments.
