Lauren brings a variety of experience in all HR functions to her role at EGPS. Beginning her career in retail, she established early on that she was passionate about treating employees as humans and building an engaging and supportive culture. Throughout her tenure in HR, she has served on the Arizona State (SHRM) board of directors and supported many diversity and inclusion organizations. She also spent 5 years at Goodwill, specializing in the culture and engagement of 5,000 team members. In her most recent role, she developed a talent acquisition strategy, partnering with hiring managers to ensure they brought in top talent. Lauren is passionate about building community-based culture and engagement, ensuring everyone feels heard. She upholds this passion and approach within EGPS’s leadership team from her home in Phoenix, AZ.
In her free time, Lauren loves to spend time with her husband and son, bake, and use her creative skills for DIY projects in their home!
