Lu Saetern

With 16 years of experience in the retirement plan services industry, Lu Saetern is currently an Analyst Manager at EGPS, where he oversees back-office operations and focuses on driving efficiency. His career has spanned multiple roles at respected companies, including Benefit Resources, Newport Group, Nicholas Pension Consultants, and EGPS, where he has developed expertise in document management, distribution, and team leadership.

Lu holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and is a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA). Known for his passion for operational efficiency and helping others grow, he takes pride in empowering teams and ensuring smooth, effective processes.

Outside of work, Lu enjoys life with his fiancée, two children, dog, and cat. He also proudly claims the title “best basketball player ever,” with dreams of the NBA—before choosing a career in third-party administration.
