Norman Levinrad

As an acting Enrolled Actuary for over 35 years, Norman boasts an impressive history in the retirement industry. Graduating Summa Cum Laude from UCLA with a degree in Applied Mathemathics, Norman went on to earn his Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), Enrolled Actuary (EA), and Fellow of the American Society of Pension Actuaries (FSPA) designations. He founded Summit Benefit and Actuarial Services, Inc. in 1989, providing premiere retirement plan administration and actuarial services to clients and TPAs for over 30 years. Throughout his career, Norman has spoken at industry events and conferences, published several articles in The ASPPA Journal and Journal of Pension Benefits and has served in many leadership roles in ASPPA. With this extensive resume’, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his current role as Chief Actuary at EGPS.

In his free time, Norman rides his motorcycle really fast on the race track, watches soccer, and enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and kayaking.
